Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders out within 1 working day of receiving payment. We offer free next day Royal mail delivery on orders above £15.00. We also offer tracked delivery services by Royal mail or a third party courier. 

Returns policy

Our returns policy lasts 30-days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. Delivery charges are non-refundable. 

If your item is damaged please contact us within 1-2 working days after receiving the item.

To request a refund, please get in touch with us and we will give you the instructions to return the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will send you a refund. Normally after a refund is issues, it takes 5-10 working days for the payment to be returned back to your original method of payment.
